‘I founded the business back in 2017 and I have been passionate about helping others with their job search and career success for many years.
Like my team that work alongside me, I spent my time in recruitment writing CV’s for both permanent and temporary positions and liaised with a number of clients searching for a vast number of various job roles. Recruitment is a very demanding job and can be cut throat at times, but I have never been the hard sell type. Therefore if a role wasn’t right for a candidate or a candidate for the employer, I was always honest and that was where my success came from in terms of building those all important relationships with candidates and clients.
I remember our office being positioned just down from the local job centre and people would make their way down to try register on the books for potential recruitment agency roles. They were never guided in terms of their CV’s and we were never allowed to try help them by offering advice as it wasn’t meeting business objectives.
Since leaving recruitment I have been able to turn this passion of helping others into a successful business with a enthusiastic team alongside me who really care about what we do.
